These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.gardenrstudio.com (the “Website”) and the GARDEN+ Brand Method® platform provided via Notion workspaces (the “Platform”), operated by Gardenr Studio (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website and/or the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law to use the Website and Platform.

Licenses and Access

1. Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the GARDEN+ Brand Method® materials within the Platform for the duration of your subscription term.

2. Licenses are available on:

   • Quarterly basis (3 months)

   • Yearly basis (12 months)

   • Custom EDU agreements (yearly or as otherwise agreed in writing).

3. All materials provided, including but not limited to frameworks, templates, guides, videos, and documents (“Content”), remain the intellectual property of Gardenr Studio.

4. Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise make the Content available to third parties without prior written consent from Gardenr Studio.

Intellectual Property

1. All rights, title, and interest in the Website, Platform, and Content are owned by Gardenr Studio.

2. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you through the purchase of a license.

3. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Content.

4. The GARDEN+ Brand Method® is a registered trademark of Gardenr Studio. You may not use the method, name, logo, or any related branding without prior written permission

Payments and Renewals

1. Payment for licenses is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. All prices are stated in DKK (Danish krone) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

3. Licenses will not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout; renewal requires a new payment.

4. EDU licensing terms, including pricing and payment, are subject to custom agreements.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of the Content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except where required by law.​

User Responsibilities

1. You agree to use the Website and Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. You agree not to engage in:

   1. Unauthorized access, tampering, or misuse of the Platform.

   2. Distribution or resale of Content without authorization.

   3. Any activity that may harm, disrupt, or overload the Website or Platform.

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The Website, Platform, and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

2. Gardenr Studio does not guarantee that the Content will achieve specific business results, outcomes, or performance improvements.

3. We disclaim all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardenr Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website, Platform, or Content.

Termination

1. Gardenr Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Platform immediately if you violate these Terms.

2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under your license shall cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Content.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website and Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
