Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about GARDEN+. From licenses to setup and support, we’ve got you covered.

  • How do I get access after purchase?
    You’ll receive a personal link to your GARDEN+ Notion workspace within a couple of minutes of your purchase.

    Do I need a Notion account?
    Yes, but it’s free to create one. GARDEN+ works seamlessly with the free version of Notion.

    Do I keep access forever?
    Yes — everything you create in your workspace is yours to keep. Your license covers access to updates, new templates, and support while it’s active.

  • Can I pay monthly?
    Licenses are billed quarterly or yearly. We don’t currently offer monthly plans, as GARDEN+ is designed for semester/quarter cycles. Our GARDEN+ Brand Method™ is unlike quick-fix branding courses; GARDEN+ is intentionally designed to unfold over about three months. This gives you the space to do things properly: reflect on your decisions, test your assumptions, and gather feedback — so the brand you build is both strategic and sustainable.

    Can I upgrade later?
    Yes — you can upgrade from Single User to Multi-User, Consultant, or EDU license at any time. You’ll only pay the difference. 

    Do you offer refunds?
    Since GARDEN+ is a digital product, we don’t offer refunds once access has been granted. But you can cancel future renewals at any time.

  • What’s the difference between a Single User and Multi-User license?

    • Single User is for individuals (entrepreneurs or small business owners).

    • Multi-User is for businesses and includes 5 team members (with options to add more).

     

    Can I share my Single User license with my team?
    No — Single User licenses are personal. For team use, please choose a Multi-User license.

     

    As a consultant, can I use GARDEN+ with clients?
    Yes — but only with a Consultant License, which includes commercial usage rights and client-ready workspaces.

  • How does the EDU license work?
    Each student pays 475 DKK for access (fits within the Danish “study materials” fee cap). Educators get a teaching guide and student-ready workspaces.

    Do students receive certificates?
    Yes — students completing the program receive a Certificate of Completion from GARDENR Studio.

    Can institutions purchase bulk access?
    Yes, we offer custom EDU licenses for larger institutions. Please contact us for details.

  • Do I get updates after purchase?
    Yes — as long as your license is active, you’ll receive continuous updates, new templates, and improvements.

    What if I need help setting up?
    We provide onboarding guides with every license. Multi-user and Consultant licenses also include dedicated support. Follow our blog for guides to get the most out of your GARDEN+ Platform. 

    How quickly do you respond to support requests?
    We aim to respond within 24–48 hours on weekdays.

  • Is GARDEN+ available in Danish?
    Currently, GARDEN+ is available in English. However, most browsers (including Chrome, Edge, and Safari) allow you to automatically translate the platform into Danish.

    Can I request new features?
    Yes! We’re always improving GARDEN+. Send us your suggestions via the contact form.
